The Book

TITLEAmerican Spy
AUTHOR: Lauren Wilkinson
PUBLISHED: 2019

Looking for a light, fun read, in English, coming out of Burkina Faso does not bring up many choices.  Although the majority of this book takes place in New York and Martinique, it delves into the political history of a country not normally heard of.  The book was on President Obama’s 2019 list of favorite reads and with it’s interesting plot it’s easy to see why.
