Help Us Build a Library!
Show others the power of books by helping us build a library in South Africa. Started at an old mission station in collaboration with the mission’s original family and the current caretakers, Read 2 Succeed aims to build a library at the Luthubeni Mission in the rural Eastern Cape. This project showcases South African’s ability to work across generational, racial, and social divides in order to create safe spaces which empower youth to learn and grow.

60 Africa Books Reading Challenge

19 members
This group is reading 60 books set in Africa, one from each country and filling in the rest with reads encompassing the ethos of Africa. Our main focus is to learn something about the place through a good story be it fiction or nonfiction and no matter who the author, but we aim to chose local and/or woman authors, and happy endings.
